Our training is no longer done in the class environment, but our online training program is designed with the same endurance strength and conditioning workouts, rest time, sets, and results.

Our training is based on endurance strength and core conditioning. A lot of the workouts we do include cardio, high intensity movements, body weight / light dumbbell weight or zero equipment at all.
Workouts are 55 minutes, starting with our 15 min Recess Stretch. Following this stretch, allocate 40 min to complete the workout.
In our monthly fitness program, you will receive 3 workouts per week. I found this to be the magic number where change happens fast, and you gain the strength and confidence to take on what I give you.
Most workouts will be written, with some video.
You won't need equipment for the majority of the workouts, however a form of weight or dumb bell will be needed.
I recommend 3-8lb for a light set, and anywhere from 10-25lb for a heavy set.
