Our training is based on endurance strength and core conditioning. A lot of the workouts we do include high intensity, high rep, low weight / body weight, or require zero equipment at all.
They will challenge you, build stamina, strength and gain functional benefits. Because they are based on consistent movement and engaging static holds during "rest time", your body will build a strong base of endurance.
Workouts are 60 minutes, if done correctly, starting with our 15 min Recess Stretch. An athletic stretch that is the same flow every time. Following this stretch, allocate 40 min to complete the workout.
