If you desire to is to feel healthier, to be stronger, faster, more flexible, with a powerful mental well being, then you’ve come to the right place.
Our training is based on endurance strength and core conditioning. A lot of the workouts we do are strictly body weight. Some will include light weight, but expect consistent intensity to build stamina, strength and gain functional benefits.
The pace of the work will challenge you, but it will be manageable. You will do exercises tougher than anything you've done before, but you will complete it - and you will like it!
40 min Recess strength and endurance workouts written out; movements, reps & rest time. (Int/Advanced Options Available)
It is recommended you do these workouts in the order they are received. The only equipment you may need would be dumb bells. I would suggest a light set from 3lb-8lb and a heavy set from 10lb - 25lbs.
(I would use 5lb as my light and 15 or 20 lb as my heavy) just to give you a gauge). You may also use alternatives such as household items that may be equivalent in weight.
This is a monthly membership - 3 workouts provided/week.
