Our Recess Stretch quickly gained popularity and its name through its proven results. This flow was designed by studying the methods of some of the best professional conditioning coaches in the country.
It is a carefully designed 15 minute flow of athletic stretches. A mix of dynamic and static movements that is the same flow every time. When done correctly, it prepares the body and mind for not only our strength and conditioning workouts, but also the body's demands as we age.
Proper stretching not only reduces muscle tension and decreases our chance of injury, but increases our range of movement in our joints, and increases circulation to various parts of our body.
My goal is to spread the teachings of "The Recess Stretch", and improve the lives of hundreds more people.
